Car Parking at Old Trafford tomorrow

Hi
We are watching the football at Old Trafford tomorrow and just wondered where is best to park.
I live in Warrington but have a pick up to do in Liverpool about 5.30 - 5.45 before driving straight over to Manchester.
Just wondered whether to park at Eccles tram stop and get the tram or whether I will be able to park any closer?
Anyone know?
