Arears pensionable

    Have you asked your payroll dept?
  • Only recieved it last night,Pay roll is sorted in India it seems,will have to wait till monday to ask manager,but wondered if anyone knows what it is?

    So did you receive some back pay, for some reason?

    I know that where I work, if you had a backdated payrise, then this payment would be pensionable - employer pays 2% into a pension, once you've done the paperwork.

    But if you did overtime, that wouldn't be pensionable.
