my mortgage is coming to its end of its 2year term in dec could anybody tell me whats the quickest and cheapest no hassle way to get another and do you have to go through the form filling! routine again to get another mortgage thanks

    There will always be forms to fill on a remortgage, but hopefully a broker would assist as much as possible.

    Swapping rates in-house would be much less hassle , but may not be as competitive deal.
