1 pair returned & replaced as split on first wear -replacement also split
1 pair snapped (but also came up small which suited me)
Considering I got these the end of May & what a carp summer we had - I will not be recommending them as a good buy

Customer service on the other hand has been excellent - :Treplacenments sent out without hassel
refund on the others that broke

Thanks op, just bought 5 pairs for £21.95 delivered. That's some of my Xmas presents sorted. I've ordered a size larger and will check how they size up when I get them:D

The two pairs I ordered have just arrived and fit perfectly (I'm a 4.5 and ordered 5's - my foot is narrowish). Hoping they don't split or fall apart because they're really great value. Thanks again OP.

Bought these a couple of months ago - found them very narrow for my normal-width feet! Quite a few others on here were saying the same thing. I politely asked CS why they hadn't stated this and they were none too friendly!.
COst a lot to return them! The flip-flop type was fine, all others much too narrow and very flat, despite the description saying arch support, cushioned heels etc. However, for the price, if you have narrow feet then a bargain.
