Trouble with a refund

Hi,
This seemed like the most appropriate place for this.
A couple of weeks ago I booked a Belgian campsite for a holiday. Unfortunately circumstances have changed and I will no longer be staying at the campsite. I have asked the campsite for a refund twice in the past week and have had no reply what so ever from them. There were no T&Cs when I booked & I wasn't told that the deposit (the full amount) was non-refundable.
Should I be able to get my money back via a Visa debit dispute?
The amount is £200.
