Are you talking to me? I've never had either a loan for a car or HP on a car.
The OP mynumber was asked that question earlier in the thread but hasn't answered if you were asking them."Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them." Dalai Lama0 -
Hi all, Thanks for all your answers and sorry for the delay in replying. At first i thought the car was on hp but after talking to cccs i found out it was a fixed sum loan with santander. after reading all posts i guess i will just have to wait and see, the car is still worth 4500 acording to parkers. Thanks all again K x0

Hi My number, did you give him the money or did you pay for the car with the moneyHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi i paid for the car directly, i was under the impression it was finance as it was arrainged for by dealers, but since found out it wsnt
After i spoke again to cab advisor he said what was more likely to happen was my son would be asked to pay what the car is valued at and asked if he could get a couple of garages to value it as well as parkers, just to be prepared. If they take it and sell it in auction they may not get what its worth, plus there will be the fees. but as you have all said its upto the or and how they feel that day0
