I work in a manufacturing environment and the problem is drug tacking at work. There are people smoking weed all day every day, including my boss. At one stage there was 4 out of 7 workers on the factory floor smoking. Just hate this environment, they've only just stopped people smoking in the factory itself. They don't seem to be able to function without their weed. This has been going on for over ten years, it was a bit of a joke when someone first started smoking it, but now its just the norm at work, that is until one of them runs out of weed, then your walking on eggshells with them. Tears, tantrums, throwing things the works. Can't speak to anyone at work, its just accepted.

Yes, it's just become the norm, when your boss is one of the worst culprits there is not much to be said.0
