Oh, and had this from our moderator - she's a good one so perhaps that's why my 'funnies' are drying up a bit.
There seem to be a number of quite unhappy people at the moment, and
for a variety of different reasons, so I would just like to clarify
one or two points.
1. Only respond to an offer or wanted message if you are genuinely
interested. If some one appears to be a serial "time-waster" then I
would like them to be reported to me, preferably with copies of the
e-mails. It has been suggested that a rating system is introduced - a
bit like e-bay. I would not like it to come down to that.
2. No personal comments to other members. The only need for direct
contact is to arrange collection or pick up. It is entirely
unacceptable to criticise another member. If you are not happy with
their offer or their request then delete it. Again, I would like all
such e-mails copied and sent to me (not as attachments because yahoo
always dispense with them) so that I can take appropriate action.
3. If an offer is made and collection is required, then please respect
that. If you cannot collect, do not waste that person's time by
responding.
4. The posting site is not the place to air your views, no matter how
disgruntled you may feel. That is what I am here for and also what
the net cafe is for. Any members using the site as a message board
will be placed on moderation without notice.
Agree with everything she says:T

DH has a theory! They want a book of a certain thickness to prop something up but it can't have the the word bible on it in case someone finds it blasphemous (?sp)
