Thanks for posting, my mum has just been diagnosed, and they are reluctant to give any equipment out, so hopefully i can get one of these for her!!!

it's only available if you use insulin I was told I wasn't eligible because I control mine with diet & excerciseproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

I got mine off the doctor , its shocking that several people don't seem to be getting a good service from their own doctor.

I am diabetic recently diagnosed, and this would be a great help. My doctor sends me for 3 month blood tests, but having a regular check I could do myself would be a great help.
