Ex employer and phone contract

Don't let them bully you - after all what can they do? This isn't a police matter, even if they were in the right (which it sounds like they're not, having taken your property) - the police don't get 'sent' by anyone, they're busy with their own work. Even if (and this isn't the case) they did come, they are neutral. Your old company are unable to come and beat you up, you might get an idiot trying to shout at you but they can be ignored (or if they carry on, you talk harrassment, they will stop). There is nothing the company can do to you, do not be afraid of them just because they seem full of rage and steam!!
Thank you so shall I just ignore their demands while all I do is liaise with Orange?0 -
Cancel the phone TODAY/NOW/THIS INSTANT - then relax - Then ask for more advice on how to get the phone back as it belongs to YOU.0

Have you not cancelled the phone yet?
When is the last day of your contract?
You will be able to pay your portion of the bill by then
Let them spend money remeber ignore them as long as you pay by the last day.
DO NOT MESS THAT UP.
you could start a harrasment case0 -
If the phone was yours to start with, why didn't they just take the bill and pay their portion of it, leaving the rest up to you, and then you keep the phone at the end of it?0
