What about one of the tikkers watches on amazon, about £6.00 or something to do with moshi monsters would be good for the 4 year old. The two year old i would take a look at mega blocks maybe the moshi monsters range or cars, though all kids are different and it may not be suitable. my neighbours 2 year old loves cars and the moshi monsters mega blocks.
