Same here. Ordered on 10th November, Estimated delivery was Thursday 15 Nov 2012 - Monday 19 Nov 2012 yet still waiting. I might have to file a claim if I dont get a suitable response by the weekend. Its bang out of order to have no delivery and no comms!!

Mine hasn't arrived either but i have had a response aplogising and asking for address confirmation

mine was due last week as well so i contacted them and they got back really quickly to say that normally they would resend but they were out of stock so sent a refund.

a bit strange if lots have been "lost" in the post though!?

I ordered mine weeks ago and it never turned up, got in contact with the seller and they said they would refund me which they did really quickly..

I count that as 3 orders recieved 5 missing. hhhmmm.

real pain as well because i've bought extra plastercine after reading the reviews. my dd is going to this i've lost the plot if i just give her that for christmas!
