I've ordered a few times and they're fine to deal with (they are part of the Shop Direct Group - Littlewoods/Very/Isme/Woolworths etc. effectively their outlet shop).

What brand are you looking at? I generally go a size up if I'm unsure- always figure it's better to have something a bit big I can adjust than something I can't get on!
