    Reminds me I still need to pen a snotty email to CEO's office about my fitting room saga as CS wouldnt even give me a giftcard and when I asked told me "we are not in the business of compensation, we just offer cheap products and keep our costs down".........well they are about to get a prod in the ribs that running a business to the satisfaction of its customers should also be important to them.

    I must have missed this. What happened in the fitting room?
    I'm imagining all sorts :eek::eek::rotfl:
    Or is this like the infamous fishing trip on Gavin and Stacey? :D

    It may have been; and Morrison's! :o I may have also educated them on the use of "fewer than 10 items" not bloody "less than".

    The only other bug bear I have, and spelungs are not one of them, nor mistypes, is the use of 2 or more than 3 periods or exclamation marks. We don't need 50!!! Three or one will suffice... :o

    I have to admit that my grammar and punctuation when typing is awful. I am often using a handheld device. I also like to use the exclamation to excess - sorry !!!

    Are you an English teacher ? Or just a lover of the written word ?

    One of my college tutors told a young girl to take a certain word out of her presentation as the young girl did not know what it meant. I handed said young girl my thesaurus and said learn what it means ! :)

    Just picked up the hair straighteners, shame I had the 2 most useless CSA ever, first one says to me I will refund you, when I ask if she would like me to show here where I got them from, she replied "no, its ok I will sort it out later" and wanted to give me a full refund! When I explained that I was sure they were £20 the other "lady" offered to check, so I show her to the box display and she agrees with me that they are indeed £20 but the SEL is OOD, when we get back to the desk she tells me she will refund me then I can buy them again at £20, when I asked about DTD she told me "oh we don't do that on these" I informed her that the board behind her said otherwise, several phone calls later I had my DTD :D

    I think I can and will. He once had me over his shoulder and threatened to dump me in the pond.
    Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
