I had a similar situation. I got the right points but wrong grades for my degree and when I phoned up I was told I hadn't got my place. Was told to phone back the next day for clearing so spent the night out with friends in rather foul form helped on by some :beer:

Got up with raging hangover and phoned up clearing. The lady kept asking me to confirm my details and finally she said there'd been a mix up. I hadn't been declined from my course and she'd no idea why I'd been told I had. :j As someone else said, you never know what's round the corner.

Good luck to all those mums & dads awaiting results tomorrow. Not looking forward to when it's my turn but whatever happens, it's not the end of the world.

Some of my friends know I am an avid couponer/glitcher and are kept in the loop of current bargains. Some of them don't have a clue because I know they won't get it or appreciate it.

One of them has just posted on my FB "happy birthday. I got 6 bottles of suntan lotion today".

It ha taken me a long time to catch up tonight a I as watching CBB at the same time Looks like it's going to be a good series. Mr 3Dogs hated anything like that so I rarely got to see it in the past. I think the only times I've seen it in full was the one with Michael Barrim0re and then the Shilpa/Jade one :eek: :eek: but looking forward to watching this one :j

I know that there were loads of things I was going to comment on, but didn't write them down, and my mind is like a sieve these days

The dogs have been in the garden after that hedgehog again. I brought the dogs in and closed the door for a while, and hen I opened it up again they didn't seemed bothered, so either the hedgehog found it' way out of the garden or the dog forgot about it. Either way, I'm hoping for a quiet night tonight

I am hoping that the weather is good the next few days so I can try to see if the hedgehog is trapped in the garden and/or see where it is getting in/out, and block it off, as it's not fair on the poor thing, or on the dogs either
