i am having toe number chopped off tomorrow.
but do i shave my legs before the op?
the reason i ask is because, when i had toe number 1 chopped of in may my hair hasnt grown anywhere. i say hasnt grown , i havent had to shave anywhere, all that has grown is very fine "blonde baby hair" and that is very short, and you can hardly see it.
if i dont shave that off the surgeon may think awful things, but if i do shave, will it grow back to the normal thick dark hair? .
any advice?
I think you are very lucky to have fine hair. You'd be silly to shave it. I wish mine were the same! Shaving is such a pain!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
Grocery Spend Weekly Challenge (Sat-Fri):£30.50/£400 -
Not very happy with Tesco - went through manned till with around £15 or so of stuff including pork steaks and 4 of the small Lenor.
I knew that the Lenor £1 (car booklet) coupons probably wouldn't scan but last time I got some CS desk refunded me the cash value (after some minor discussions over whether ANY on the coupon actually meant ANY !). However, neither would the till accept m £7 odd price porkie coupon.
Supervisor was called and then we had an extended difference of opinion on exactly what the word ANY meant before she stored my transaction and carted me and my stuff off to CS.
Again we had the ANY discussion - which they agreed was misleading and put through the coupons as non scan. The price porky was more of a major problem though as they said WE DON'T TAKE THESE ANYMORE - WE'VE HAD A MEMO FROM HEAD OFFICE!!!! This obviously provoked a fairly robust response from me and I asked them to find the b***** memo and to phone HQ while I was there. I won't go into all the conversation - they did finally take the PP as a non scan but they weren't happy. And neither am I. I was very tempted to say 'well, so Tesco have finally accepted that they are nearly always dearer than Asda have they?'
I haven't had a senior moment and missed yet another change in T&Cs have I - it still looks the same online?ELITE 5:2

No, the memo they had refers to jtd not price promise. Email cs and tell them what happened, you will then be able to print out their response and take it with you next time. Better than phoning IMO0 -

tbw, this is atrocious behaviour by the store.
Very sorry you've had to experience this.
Do think it's worthy of putting on the T's facebook page, as this is a serious error by untrained, unknowledgable store staff, and I can't imagine how you must have felt.
Just checked T&C's, and can't see any obvious changes.
And the PP page is still running so........

went to t's for the 1st time in 18 days:T
nothing has changed though
except the free range fresh chicken on the fresh meat counter/butcher, are £4 each reduced from a £5. we can never get 2 breasts for £4 so we got 3 birds. cooking one and played freezer tertrus with the other 2. for some reason they were doing there final reductions at 3pm:j. i dont kow why so early though. loads of meat there, but i have no room anywhere in my freezers.
in asda they have lenor, black bottle, 21 washes for £1.50life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -
All in all, Tenerife's more restful! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (Though sorry to read about the forest fires, we saw one on our last night there but they seem to be getting worse).
Sorry about that - might be our fault. Been looking at last minute holidays and were debating about Tenerife. Not booked it though! We seem to have this effect on places, we went to Egypt just before the uprising, went to Phuket just before the tidal wave, went to Kenya just before the riots, and the list goes on!
The other night I posted on here that I was putting in a complaint to Sainsburys about a chap disappearing out the back with a reduced GU. I had a reply today and the colleague is going to be "spoken to" - not too hard I hope as he was probably only copying his seniors (yes I did mention this), and they are sending me a £5 gift card.
Just had a rather fun phone call too - one of those PPI calls with an actual person on the other end. Told her we had done it ourselves, wanted to know if there was any others needed doing - told her if there was we would be doing it ourselves anyway as we now knew how to do it!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

my hair used to be thick and very dark that was until i had a toe chopped of, now it doesnt grow :j:j
Bit of an extreme way of getting rid of hair, but if it works it is at least a consolation for losing the toe! Will be interesting to see if this next op decreases hair growth even more
Seriously though, good luck - we will all be thinking of you. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
