Another thing that really annoyed me yesterday was on my trip to A (just a general shop). I get to the till and the CS says ' try and get as much in the bags as possible as we are running out of bags. You are a supermarket and you are nearly out of bags. You could not write it. I was going to say to her if you provided an incentive like 3 bags on SS I might bring my own.
My local completely ran put of bags a few weeks ago so i left evrything on the conveyer and said id go elsewhere!!!Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.0 -

Great - to do one of these things is a major achievement. Great encouragement to those reading that have one to conquer!!! How the hell did you manage both at same time?
I am an ex smoker (10 years)
Ex drinker (5 years)
Ex weightwatcher(lost 3 stone)
Not blowing my own trumpet here cos I can tell you that if somebody told me that there was new medical evidence to say that smoking fags and drinking whisky was good for you I would be in the offy in a flash!!!!never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Just off on a bonus trip, one of youngest sons friend mum turned up at the door offering to take him off me, so off to Mr T I go
:D.
Result the eldest has just finished the hoovering, but he can stay on his own.0 -

Buy three porks max - a £13.50 spend gives you your £10 pp. I am sure somebody else works it out more mathematically than that - but this works for me.never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Mine were giving out the bags for life too. They said they were having problems with the supplier and all branches were running out of bags.My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Blondynurse - you must be so proud of yourself and deservedly so :j:j:j I have now been cigarette free for just under 3 months but the weight has crept on as where before i would smoke now i stick food in my mouth. I was doing quite well with the mints but tbh with you all i ended up with awful wind all the time, and not the nicest of people to be around :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I tried the weightwatchers diet last year and didn't get on with it so think i will have to give the slimming world one ago, but the only down side is because i work away from home i can't get to all the meetings and where im working i have only seen evening meetings advertised which i can't get to at all as looking after my lady.
I did have one really good success and that was with "Lighterlife", (but due to my previous work commitments i couldn't get to the meetings and they won't just sell you the stuff unless you attend the meetings and are properly monitored) but it was very expensive and again, as much as i would like to start again, i wouldn't be able to attend the meetings due to my work schedule.
How may i ask did you manage to do it? Did you go it alone or joined a group and any tips you could send my way i would be forever grateful xxxxVery proud to be Strip club member No 430 -
afternoon all
had a productive morning so far....got washing done, fitted new fire and fireplace (well DH did), cleaned up and rearranged furniture, then spray painted the large downstairs toybox ready to to take upstairs along with lots of toys! The kids rooms are now tidy but full of toys, and the living room looks more like a living room than Toys R Us on sale day!!!
Just having a quick catch up before doing a rushed shop around S, A and T!!!
Unless anythings stopped comparing, I'm looking for -
pork and cereal in T
wine in A
Bulmers in S (gift for our lovely friend who gave us the free fire & fireplace!).
catch you later!hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0
