thanks hun....already checked on there (have them saved on my favourites!).....its a council ran carpark :(

but the ticket lady did say she could see us running back to the cars (an amusing site, me, my mum, me carrying DD2,2 running 4 year olds and a pushchair full of coolbags!)...so she wrote a note on the ticket to say we were only a couple of minutes late and for us to appeal it. TBH though, its not worth appealing it as for all the legwork involved, only a 50/50 chance of it being overturned...just hoping it wil lonly cost £12.50 if we pay within 14 days! And I say WE as I felt a bit guilty that I didnt get one, so offered to go halves with mum on hers!!!
~Looby, If you appeal and win, you would have saved yourself £12.50. Now if you saw an A or T womble on the floor that would get you £12.50 back in an APG, are you telling me you wouldn't pick it up :p ??!!! Get back to being MSE and do an appeal letter!!! Templates are on here. If you want me to email you my last "appeal letter" I can. :D

Hope everyone is well. I havn't posted in ages, but have still been reading. Have gave up on catching up though. :o

I read something about the Dr Oetker £1 off pizza coupon working for any pizza. Is that the coupons that were in last months Tosco mag? Anyone know if it works with Chicago Town Mini pizzas (99p a pack)?

So with the voucher the mini pizzas are essentially free?

Yes it does :T:T:T I bought the BBQ chicken and the meat feast and no problem scanning, also bought the Trattoria Verdi 99p ones OK and the Goodfella's half price ones. Seems OK on any frozen pizza.

Bear in mind, the Trattoria ones are very stingy on the cheese so a handful of nice grated cheddar thrown on right at the end of cooking will make a huge difference! :D

That's what annoyed me most was the attitude that they had someone to chase rather than protecting the innocent genuine customers. I'm just so glad I wasnt knocked over as that would have really worried me. Hopefully i'll at least hear back from them.

Hope you're still feeling ok, I know how you feel about people's attitudes when this sort of thing happens.
I was 8 months pregnant with DS, first day of my last week at work, and crashed my motorbike (yes I know I shouldn't have been on it but have always been stubborn when it came to being told what to do by people in authority!) but I still went into work I think I was in shock because I ended up being found in the store room in tears but the manager was more upset at being called in to work than worrying about my baby :mad: She also got very angry when DH phoned her later to say I wouldn't be in until at least the weekend but not at all if he could help it.
Thankfully DS was fine and is now a great 11 year old and starting secondary school in September.

You should at the very least, and they should make a big apology and something more in compensation than flowers and a £10 gift card! Mind you in T's you'd probably have been shrugged at and told to buzz off!

Just a note from memory, I'm sure Martin says that being 'a few minutes late' isn't grounds for an appeal as you pay for the time and you know the time you should be back, I would still give it a go but be warned it probably won't work, it didn't for me against Cotswold council :(
