    I am around, yes :)

but unfortunately can't help with the problem as I don't have access to that side of things, sorry. He will need to email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and ask them as they are the only people that can deal with that sort of thing.

  • Morning all :)

Off into town in a bit to get the dreaded school uniform
Did say we wouldn't leave it so late this year..oops. Can't say I'm looking forward to it, but don't suppose there's much we can do!

Took a wee wander round A's last night, I've come to the conclusion that wombling in the evening isn't a good idea, not a trolley in any of the bays, drove right round the car park and nothing, nada, zilch, not a single receipt to be had :(
I did get an apg for my shopping though ;)

Cereals, biscuitmad. I've not checked today but yesterday these were comparing favourably against A's:

    Coco Pops
    Shreddies
    Kelloggs Variety Pack

All £1 in A so over £6 for petrol v in T and difference back on a PP

    HTH's

Some cereals are giving good price checks- but you have to like those! Yesterday I got 5 packs of Jordan's SuperBerry (on offer for £3 from the extortionate £4.59) and 3 boxes of Fruit&Fibre (£1.19 each) so the total paid was £18.56 and DH went off and filled his tiny car and saved £12.... so although no price popper to get back, it is well worth it because those are the cereals we love

Does anybody live or go to camber sands? I'm thinking of taking a trip there with the kids but am a newish driver with 4 kids 2 of which are in a buggy so need to park quite near to the beach. Is there parking near the beach & does it cost a lot? & are the roads really busy?TIA

there is a car park right by the beach, if you go down the road to the beach right at the end is a car park, think its about £10 a day parking. you used to be able to park along that road and walk over the dunes to get to beach but all double yellows last time i went. edge of car park are couple of shops and some toilets, round back of them is the beach so very close easy access for buggies

Good morning all - hoping to fit a cereal shop in today hopefully DD won't moan too much when I say we are going shopping

Happy Birthday to PerranLady and Mrs. Stinkface :bdaycake:

Lokitty hope your interview goes well - let us know - bet your hair was lovely but men often don't notice these things (in my experience anyway)

Have a great day folks - it is wall to wall sunshine here so off to get my sun cream on as I burn really easily
