This happened to me recently too when returning clothing; maybe they've now had a memo telling them to ask about any coupons that were used. She even specifically asked if I'd used the £5 off £25 clothing coupon, even though my receipt pre-dated that coupon and the amount off wasn't £5 either, lol!0 -
