I would call HO and complain and you might have to possibly cancel and get the embroidered polos done local. Don't know what it's like where you are but i have to do this and have a shop a few miles away that do this at a good price and the kids try the stuff on before to make sure it fits hth

Have to confess that I have been very non mse today. I have an interview tomorrow and decided to get my hair done on the way home from work tonight. To top it all went into Tosco (local express) for some whoopsies (vain attempt to justify the spend) and had an awful experience. Used the ss till and the till would not recognise any of the reductions, sa was really grumpy that she had to get up off her chair at the counter and help me. My dd was helping pack the bag and she moved an item and it said "unexpected item.. etc ..." the sa came to the till and shouted at my daughter for moving the bag. :eek: I was fuming. :mad:
Did not want to tell the sa what I thought of her in front of my daughter but told her to leave it and consoled my daughter who was crying by this time. The sa then decided to pick up my shopping, throw it on the floor and shouted that is what happens when you move the bag. I left the store, shopping and all and have complained to HO via the survey website thingy. (Do you think they will read this or should I call them?)

I know that it can be stressful working in T's and I am always polite to the shop assistants but that was unbelievable. Think that my dd was more shocked than anything, she is only 8, a really good girl who only wanted to help.
Needless to say that have wrung my hands through my expensive hair cut and now look like I have been dragged through a hedge backwards. Have to laugh or I will cry.

I have so fell in love with them (love tigers ) and desperatly would love one for our garden but they are expensive.

tell them on fb they appear to listen and get things sorted

I've priced it up and the same order 2 x cardigans 1 x jumper 4 x polo shirts would cost me £53 in the local place that does logo stuff.
Using the code they emailed to the school secretary (got my hands on it before anyone else as I work there) the order came to £26.62.
Even worse I've just noticed they've changed the sizes of 2 of the polos to 12-13 the school only go to age 11 !!!!!!!!!!!

I've just checked my original confirmation and it definitely shows the right sizes on that.
Will not be ordering again and I'll spread the word round my mummy friends too!
