Be careful doing this. If you are seen on CCTV taking items out of a bag in store, they may think that you are shoplifting. It would be very difficult to explain that you are actually helping them out!
I was thinking this very same thing, but as shoplifting is not an offence until you leave the plast point of payment, they have no leg to stand on so-to-speak. Saying that, would you really want to raise your profile that much when, on last count, there are at least 35 products under 20p? :rotfl:I am firmly across the line.
