Evening all!
Potential heads up for a holiday bargain.
Mighty Deals have 7 nights in a one bedroom apartment on the Costa Almeria for up to 4 peeps for £59.00 (says £59.99 on first page but then changes to £59.00 when you click through - but who cares at that price?). Place gets pretty good reviews generally (there's always the odd moaner). I'm familiar with Petchey Leisure resorts in Portugal ( have visited friends there) and Tenerife (where I've spent a night). They usually have beautiful well presented grounds and facilities and are a pleasure to stroll around, the accommodation is not quite as hot as the outdoor space but much more than acceptable. Terms are as follows
7 nights for up to four people in Costa de Almeria, Spain - now £59 instead of £279.30 (up to 79% off)
Stay at the stunning Vera Beach Club in a one-bedroom self-catering apartment to sleep up to 4 people
Health club with gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi
Plus plenty of other attractions including two outdoor pools and vast gardens
Just minutes from beaches, bars and restaurants
Deal Terms
Once deal is purchased, Mighty Deals will send you your confirmation of purchase.
Your voucher code will be sent 24 hours after purchase, along with the booking contact details.
Book by 10 November 2012 for stays between 1 November 2012 and 31 March 2013.
Valid for up to 4 people sharing a one-bedroom apartment (double or twin) with double sofa bed.
Excludes flights and transfers.
Original price checked on 30 April 2012 at 10am.
Mighty Deals T&Cs apply.
You can refer it to friends and earn 25% off their spend as well, so potential to reduce the cost further.Apartments have a full kitchen and a washing machine.
We have taken one, seems rude not to at that price. If we don't like it, we can always move somewhere else, lol.
Potential Elite meet up?(Snap-Ant, no coaches involved xxx

Unfortunately, we live in an age where people are quite lazy, reckless with money and wasteful (everything from doing auto renewal on insurance policies to buying takeaways quite a lot and then throwing out fresh food). I know which side of the fence I'm on and I take great delight in saving money
I think we should all be congratulated and get a pat on the back - so he is a pat from me for each and every one of you :j:j
Get Patting yourself on the Back Mrs or get Mr TW too cause your one of the best at Moneysaving and quite happy to share the news and helpful hints and just generally lovely. :A0 -
Hope you've had a lovely day
My OH is really getting cross with my stashes. I've been banned from getting any more beer or pepsi (didn't tell him that today's was full price)
He has now decided that I have a form of OCD as I won't stop whoopsieing even though we've nowhere to put it, still have a fridge rammed full of OJ, cupboards full of cleaning products, dozens of shampoos, lenors (from SSM) hair dyes from superdrug, several boxes of palmolives and original source from S's.
Kitchen cupboards are full of cheap rice, pasta, sauces etc from the recent A's bargains and now boxes of PG tips!!
I haven't told him that the boot of the car is full of the £1 laundry tabs I found in A's today :rotfl::rotfl:
In all seriousness....do you think he has a point and we really are addicts :eek:
We could swap Husbands and they woudn't notice the difference. My DH reckons I've got the same disease as you and reckons its time he traded me in. I keep telling him that I'll stop if he doubles my housekeeping allowance (which hasn't gone up for 20 B***** years!).ELITE 5:2

The vouchers were working for me this morning, my freezer's now full!
:D:D
Pizza coupons worked for me this afternoon. We had chicago town pizza for tea as I could not be bothered to cook properly. Free pizza, whoopised chorizo potatoes for 27p and 9p coleslaw from Mr M's. Total - 36p for 2 .
Makes up for OH paying £32 for a printer cartridge :eek:.When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think
"oh carp what is she up to now!"0 -
Aww thanks for the warm welcome guys.
I think I may be slightly obsessed too as my DD (age 6) drew this picture for me today. (Hope it comes out OK, I have followed HappyChappy84's instructions on the first page!).
We went wombling in the car park this morning (which I think inspired the picture!), as it is much less embarrasing for a 6 year old to pick stuff up from the floor than me doing it!0 -

The only people who ring my housephone are indian call centres and PPI reclaim auto diallers. I have unplugged it this weekend to give me some peace and quiet :rotfl:lovingtescoforever wrote: »love it :beer::T
I would add that when you dream about glitches then you're passed the addiction stage and need help:rotfl:

I went to a family get together yesterday and we drove passed 4 Mr T's:eek: unfortunately I wasn't driving:( or else I would have hit them all there and back:D I would have left 2 hours earlier too for wombling time:cool:
