My son has spotted football boots at a great price on the above US site. Even allowing for P&P, the price is still well below what the same
boots are retailing for in the UK. Can anyone tell me if they have used this site or know anything about it?
Thanks

It's not an American site. It's Chinese.

That means everything they sell will be poorly made counterfeits.
They might send you your goods but, assuming customs let them through, you'll have to pay 20% VAT on top aswell as the Royal Mail administrative fee which I think is £8. On the other hand they may just keep your money or, worse, clone your credit card.
For future reference always make sure that websites have a contact address and phone number - this one has neither -, and doesn't use Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail for its email address.
Better still buy British from a reputable merchant who won't rip you off.0 -

If your boy is looking to buy football boots from a reputable website for what you might consider to be a reasonable price, maybe consider submitting a request on this board and/or another website (HotUKDeals perhaps? Click on Deals Request).0 -
Very many thanks for the sound advice0
