Hi,
I'm sure somebody with a little more intelligence than me can help. I managed to pickup some last minute Volleyball tickets and selected the 'Print at Home' option.
I received the Purchase Confirmation e-mail with my reference, but nowhere can I find the ability to print off the Tickets on my online account nor have I received anything else via e-mail (checked my Junk Mail).
The event is on Sunday and getting a little anxious as I've no actual printed tickets and won't have too much time to stand in line - only able to get there a couple of hours before the event starts.
Is it just a case of taking my confirmation e-mail to the ticket office? has anyone else done the Print at Home option?
Hopefully someone can shed some light.

My ticket email arrived 12 mins after my confirmation email - when did you get confirmation?:dance:0

Got my confirmation e-mail on the 29/07 and still nothing through :S0

my email arrived soon after confirmation (about 20 min) with the pdf attached. I would contact LOCOG if I were you using the send a question feature on the ticket website (unless anyone knows a phone number?). I would worry that the email wont be enough to get you in cos they wont know if the tickets have been already used. Have you checked your junk mail folder in case it has gone in there by accident?0

I've sent them an e-mail. Just been reading up and it seems like I can still collect from a Ticket Office - I hope!
Annoying as get the confirmation without any problems and can't get them from my Online Account - boo hiss!0 -
I just spoke to Customer Services (0844 847 2012) they said there is a problem with some tickets being sent out via e-mail.
If anyone has the same problem you can phone them (wait time was about 10 minutes) and they can either re-send them via e-mail or change it to pickup at a box office which I've done.
Phew - panic over!0 -
phew indeed! was feeling a bit anxious for you yesterday, glad you got it sorted out!0
