Bit dissappointed with the service when today I got a letter from Very (without even complaining) apologising for a delay in delivering my item, a full refund of delivery charges and a £30 off a £60 spend voucher!

Mine was cancelled too, really annoyed as I really needed new sheets, and I don't see why it took them so long to say they couldn't fulfil the order. (Especially annoyed as someone mentioned they phoned to enquire about stock levels, and that was over an hour after I placed my order too, you would have thought the company might have noticed sooner that these items were going out of stock so quickly).

Thanks again Bexster - received my order Monday and Tuesday (was lucky to get sheet and pillow cases, have to say the best quality I have ever seen/pillow cases amazing!).
