I have to say for the last 2 or 3 months I may have bought something almost everyday - from ebay [or on the net]. Its right there on my computer. Having bought a LOT of back-to-school items the last few weeks, I think I now need a buy nothing month!!!''A moment's thinking is an hour in words.'' -Thomas Hood0

The little old Lady that lives opposite me goes to the shops every day and they're a bus ride away. She's on her own so can't really need to go that often. I think maybe it's just to have someone to talk to at the checkouts.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

The only thing I really buy on a "normal" day is food, so I've always felt participating in buy nothing day would just be negated by buying extra fresh fruit/meat etc. the day before.0
