Apple/Barclays Finance

I'm sure there's plenty of topics about Apple's finance they do through Barclays.

I already have finance agreement with Barclays with a car I'm paying for and I recently took a finance agreement to get my daughter a macbook pro. I was accepted straight away by Barclays and they sent me a email to do all the forms and what not and in the bullet point point says "Provide ONE copy of the following documents to verify your address" so I photocopied my card driving license and my old paper driver license which are valid and not expired. I did the same thing with the car and no issues.

So I sent the forms back off early ours of yesterday morning as I work nights and at 3:41PM today I got this email.


Thank you for opening your Apple Distribution International account financed by Barclays Partner Finance.

We confirm that your finance agreement was accepted and dated 01 August 2012 and is in the same form as the copy previously e-mailed to you. If this e-mail does not include a copy of your accepted agreement and you would like a copy please contact Apple Distribution International or us on the number below. You should read your agreement carefully as it details in full the terms and conditions of your new account.

Under the terms you have 14 days from the day after you received this e-mail to withdraw from the finance agreement. Details of how you can exercise this right, and the consequences of doing so, are set out in the finance agreement. This right to withdraw does not include your purchase agreement. If you wish to discuss your purchase agreement you should contact Apple Distribution International directly.

But then I get confused, I log back into the email where I had to download my agreement and it says in bold, "You application was received, but we cannot accept your application because proof not acceptable" :mad:

Are they just being picky so and so's? Like I said when I took my car out on finance from the same company, Barclays Finance, they didn't moan about photocopying my cadr version and paper version of my driving license.
