My hat goes-off to the Kier Group. I applied for a job through their website. As part of the registration process, I had to upload my cv. Imagine my surprise when I clicked on 'next' to start entering my details only to find that the fields had been auto-filled from the details on my cv.
Now, that's what I call joined-up thinking. Well done for saving me a good 1/2 hour on the form-filling front. May others follow your example.
