thanks valli but i would like formula one style cars, otherwise i would have made you list them on ebay just for me :D
  • We bought our kids a set off EBay. Lots of people take good care of toys like this and they are so much cheaper than buying new. In fact we buy alot of the kids toys from EBay, they cost half as much, you can resell them after they are done with them and you don't get so bothered if (when) they might break them.....
  • Amazon seem to have loads of sets but I guess it depends on bedget.
  • we bought ours from the local model shop. be aware there are different track guages

I got a massive set for my nephews, a huge amount of track, five cars and lots of bits and pieces, and bundled in with it a whole other type of electric car set with track and cars, at a jumble sale - for two quid. Yup, £2 for the whole lot. Amazing. Bargain.

Would have been hundreds if I'd bought it new. So defo go and have a look round the jumblies and car boot sales and markets and you might strike lucky like I did.
  • we got ours from Ebay also, probably best to get one around now before everyone hikes their prices up for crimbo x
