Hi everyone I had 2 houses repossessed and sold with shortfalls 1 I have had a final statement the other one has not completed yet but I expect a shortfall around £35k, the question is when I do my paperwork for br (court date 14th) are these houses still an asset?
I would think not has they no longer belong to me.

    technically they are still assets until they are sold after which then they are just creditors

    how would you put them down on the form....1 has sold and I have received the final statement showing the debt...so that 1 is no longer an asset? the other 1 the estate agent told me the mortgage company had accepted an offer...shall I class that as an asset then? sorry to be stupid mine is a very complicated case. thank you
