5 ) Prizes
a. Prize winners will be chosen at random, unless specified otherwise in the Competition Notice, from all qualifying entries within 7 days of the closing date specified in the Competition Notice. All winners will be notified using the e-mail address provided. Failure to respond within 14 days of this notification to claim your prize will invalidate your entry and your winning position in the competition will be re-drawn. The decision made by NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
b. Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. Competition winner(s) names may be published on the NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD website or you can write to Online Competition Prize Winners, NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD, Saxon Centre, 11 Bargates, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1PZ naming the specific competition including a self-addressed stamped envelope for a list of winners.
c. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner
d. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
e. Prizes are awarded at NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
f. Where a prize may not be appropriate for a younger contestant, the minimum age for entry will be stated in the Competition Notice and must be observed. NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
g. Intrepid Travel Prize – The prize is one place on Intrepid Travel’s 9 – day Active Morocco trip, XMXM. More information about the trip is available at https://www.intrepidtravel.com/trips/xmxm. The prize does not include flight to and from Morocco. Travel is permitted on the following departures: 22nd September 2012; 6th October 2012. Not included in the prize are airport transfers, any passport or visa fees required, vaccinations, travel insurance, additional services not specified in the itinerary and personal spending money. The trip is subject to availability and confirmation from Intrepid at the time of booking.
