Some court claims can be made online using the Ministry of Justice's secure website Money Claim Online (MCOL).
You can only use Money Claim Online if your claim is for a fixed amount of less than £100,000.- Up to £300 claimed - £25

Assuming she isn't a solicitor, and she hasn't seen one to assess the likelihood of getting her 75 quid, I presume she would need to take a day off work, drive there, pay for parking, buy a packed lunch and a coffee whilst waiting for the judge to finish with the more important cases that have presented at the beginning of the day.
Seems like that would cost more than that. The parking spaces nearest my county court cost £4.50 for two hours and then you have to go out and drive around to move it somewhere far enough away that you don't get done for a £130 parking ticket.
