question 1.17 are you or in the last 5 years have you been a director or involved in the management of a company. i had a business not a company do i tick yes or no on this one ?

if it was not a registered company then you would tick no, you dont get off lightly though because if you were running your own business you have the whole of section 2 to fill inHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
