I quite agree - my city has 2 job centres - one is in the middle of an industrial estate which has NO public toilets
the other is on the outskirts of the city and probably a 15 minute walk ( if you are fit) to the nearest public toilets
in neither situation should training attendees be expected to use public facilities0 -
