            Have sent DH to work - hehe! And have walked to shop to get Sunday papers, rather than taking the car. Quite proud of self!0

            going to finish cleaning the flat, do my food plan and shopping as well as my batch cooking. am also plannin on dragging my sewing machine out from the depths of the cupboard and making the cushions I've been promising myself for donkeys, got all the fabric and bits just not the finger out to do it :rotfl:0

            This morning, I've done 2 large macaroni cheeses, one for dinner this week & the other for the freezer. I let it go cold, then put plastic food divider thingys in between each section before I freeze it - that way, it's a lot easier to remove a portion without having to defrost the whole thing.
I'm at work now, but when I get back home I'll start the lamb casserole - that will do for our Sunday dinner, leaving plenty for me to carry some to work for lunch tomorrow. I'll also set the breadmaker up so that we have fresh bread for the morning - fresh bread is gorgeous, & so much cheaper than the supermarket stuff.
