hey please can someone help me !
i have a mortgage with N ram and an unsecured loan with them in conjunction with the mortgage.
i wrote to them to advise of my new address when i moved home.
18 months later i am trying to purchase a enw house and im being refused due to a debt of 140pound unpaid to Nram on the loan.
they are saying as i didnt advise the loan section of the company they couldnt get hold me so it has been left unpaid.
it has now put me down the experian report as having bad credit.
i dont know what to do , iv called and paid the debt in full as it simply is an oversight.
anyway i can get them to adjust my credit rating before i loose the new house?

Only NRAM can amend this I am afraid..
If it is just 1 missed payment, there may be lenders that will take a view on the entire application. If more than 1 payment in a row and recently this will be harder work...
