Hello folks,
Recently i went through a mortage application, a soft search was done on my credit file and I got accepted for a mortgage promise, i put in an offer for the property i was intrested in and it was accepted, I gave the property details to the bank and yesterday they went through the full application with me complete with full credit search which i got accepted for once again. I have given them my payslips at there request and they have requested the home report from the surveying company.
Can someone please tell me what happens now? have i been accepted for the mortgage now? or is there alot more too it than that?
The survey is spot one btw and the bank have already accepted this althought they say they need a digial copy to pass on with the application.
Thanks in advance for any insite as to what happens next.

Usually, once your mortgage application is approved you will receive a written mortgage offer. The offer usually has a validity date on it within which you need to complete the purchase.
Your solicitor would require a written mortgage offer from the lender/bank to complete the purchase.0
