United Leeds Endeavours (scam?)

So here I am after reading loads of reviews about the company ''United Leeds Endeavours''
Got a early morning call from Kate informing me about my successful application, followed by interview same day. I was well excited about it ,walked into the building and no where I could see ''United Leeds Endeavours'' company name. walked up to the desk on 3rd floor and got a form to fill and waited for interview. As my turn came , I followed the guy to his so called ''office'' where he had 2 chairs and guess what!!?? the name on the desk was not even his own name! so he quickly put it down.
explained me what the company is all about and how they expanding. How one day I could beat the experienced ones and become a manager or something kind off. showed me a brief description of how much company makes and what its going to be about and bare in mind he spoke really fast and at time I thought he did not want to give out much information in case I questioned him.
well got a call after 5 same day informing that i will be heading to second stage of interview and yes I was also mentioned that I was short listed from 300 candidate so me here over the moon excited as the only job that was in my hand if I was to take it, but after reading all the post I am really considering not attending the second interview which is tomorrow. email was sent out by Kate asking me for second stage and how I shall be prepared for outdoor weather and how they going to show me around .so, any suggestion?

You will have already gone for the 2nd interview but I just had to respond to you just in case anybody else was going to apply to United Leeds Endeavours. The whole process is a complete con and a massive waste of time! This job is just DOOR TO DOOR sales for lovefilm for commission. Now I applied believing I was going for a marketing job, got to the 2nd round from 300 applicants *surprise surprise* and then was taken on a BUS to an estate to try flog lovefilm subscriptions. I left 1/4 of the way through because it was not the job I applied for AT ALL. If you see a job advert for them - DON'T APPLY!!!

Ridiculous. I wish they'd just recruit properly for the role; they'd be more likely to get the right sort of candidates and more likely to find people who enjoy the role, and whose skill set it suits.

Misleading people from the off just destroys any trust or engagement with a company that the employees could otherwise have.
