Have you got an abattoir local to you ours is mile away and supplies all the local butchers but also has a shop for the public if you have a strong stomach (the smell by ours is bad sometimes the kids hate it lol) you can go there and get any meat you can think of for your freezer ours does 10lbs of fresh mince for £9, sausages, bacon, whole oxtail £2.50,gammon, ham joints beef joints, steak, stewing steak, pork,ribs,liver,tongue,cheek, basically every meat you can imagine and just ask for extra bags to split it up ours even chuck some marinade in the bag of meat for free if you ask for it (bbq, mint glaze,chinese) you could spend £100 and fill your freezer and have tonnes of meats to last about 6 months for 2 people xJanuary Grocery Challenge £203.50/£200
