I had 3 orders, one cancelled with email and refund process, one cancelled no explanation or refund mention, one showing still as partially confirmed, expecying that to be cancelled..
Anyone noticed how it takes a minute to take the money but 5 days to refund..I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

The money always comes straight out of my account and goes straight back in. My stored card is my cc, I don't know if that makes a difference or not? I've already been refunded.I can't be bothered updating this anymore0
