sent off 5 of the same letters (all off this forum), one to each creditor that hadnt updated my credit files to reflect my bankruptcy as settled or £0

2 have contacted me via letter letting me know this will be done either in x amount of time or by such a date.

1 has rang me to inform me of this but ive lost my diary with the note in

The other 2 have not bothered.

Rather than go to the ombudsman (becuase im not sure which one of the three i would complain about HAS contacted me i wondered if anyone has numbers for these people?

Hi Contracts Engineer, I haven't got the telephone numbers but you could google them. If I was you, first I would email/write to the 3 Credit file agencies first, asking them to help as you are having trouble (with those you've listed above) amending your details.
