redemption figures and balances
i have some money at my disposla ang want to pay off my car hp and a loan.
my loan is with hfc, was taken out on the 1/2/06 with a £131 p/m payment of 60 months
my car hp was started on 10/5/05 with a payment of £99 p/m over 60 months
i asked for redemption from both.
I first checked credit expert and the hfc loan said my balance was £5400. when i phoned they said my balance was £6199 and my redemption was £5384
My skoda balance on credit expert was £4283. when i phoned them they said my balance was £ 3982 and my redmption was £3624.
Why would my credit expert balance be different to the actual company one? The are updated each month?
Any adive would be appreciated.
