It does take off £8.50. However, it says delivery is 0.00 until you register/log-in and check out, and then at the final page it comes up with £3.95 delivery as the only option. Has the O.P. actually checked out yet or have they just looked at the first initial page ('your basket') where it says '0.00 delivery' and presumed it was free delivery ?
Once you are logged in and registered etc the delivery charge appears in 'your basket'.
EDIT: This is on HUKD as "£8.50 off a £10 spend @ iwantoneofthose. delivery still £3.95"0
