This has been mentioned before (sorry I can't insert links). My January one came in the box with my order, so I assume it is general, and the December one is the same format. Maybe it IS the website having a problem.

But you cant enter codes on there site have been looking for weeks now and it says the following:

I think they may have been losing to much money on these codes and put this up to stop it,i have been checking for weeks as i wanted to order some items and with £15 off and i always get the above message and i contacted them and they said i could phone them and place order but will they take the codes.
I dont think it takes that long to fix the above problem they have but has been like this for at least a month or more.
