just to add to my rather long rant posted half an hour ago - i rang the official receiver's office to ask them to write direct to tesco - she'll do that straight away but said that this is ridiculous of tesco!0

again, I would ignore this sort of harassment from what purports to be a major financial institution.
I might even 'encourage' Tesco to seek redress through the Courts.
Better still, send them a bill for your wasted time and stress.....?
It is not the responsibility of the ex-BR to forward any details to the ex-creditor.
I believe this is happening simply because of a glitch in Tesco's computer system....not our fault at all.No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
