If the passwords are not correct and they've been entered but accepted, is it possible to delete them? If not, would I have to set up a new user id with a new email address? This might still not be accepted as all my details such as address & tel no would have already been entered?
Does anyone have an email address that I can email the daily mail. When I looked on their contact link it only had a phone no.
    All the best

If you go back through the thread, you'll see that many of us have this problem and a few people have emailed them and are awaiting replies. When/if they get replies, they'll hopefully be posted here.

I thought of this but I'd still use the same address and telephone number. I suppose I could set up a different email account though. It would be easier if I could just delete the account and set it up again.

They say one entry per person so just the different name is fine.
Probably better with a seperate email though
