Hasn't anyone received a vip invite yet?

Isn't this one of those 2 day spectacular things that they try to get rid of spring/summer stock that isn't selling too well to get more of the stock in from the summer supplement before sending it out to the clearance shops?

I've never heard of VIP invites being issued for this - only for the major summer and winter sale.
