Hi
Been trying to sort out my endowments for years now. The problem is that we bought our endowments via our lawyer and have had no joy with our missold problem. Been in touch with all normal agents ie fsa ect, still no joy any body any help.:mad:

Solicitors didnt fall under the same regulatory requirements as financial advisers until much later. If the solicitor has turned it down and the law society agree with that then you have no other option apart from court action.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
