Searching for a weight watchers recipe

Hi everyone,

I wondered if anyone has a weight watchers recipe book which has 'takeaway' recipes-chinese, greek, indian etc. I got copies of a couple of recipes from a friend and have mis-placed them.

I am looking for a recipe for sweet and sour pork balls and also for a greek lamb recipe made from lamb mince, feta cheese and orzo.

I think the book is called 'take-out tonight'.

Since posting recipes from other sources is against copyright rules, if someone has it, they won't be able to post it on here, unfortunately. But there are some 'take-away recipes on here so I'll try to find some for you.

I know there are at least a couple of threads on takeaway recipes. I am having trouble with the search facility at the moment and have to go but I've provided a couple of links to hopefully make them easier for you to find. I'll have another look when i have more time later.
